CCTV & Fire Systems Installed for University Accommodation

We were proud to work on Bradley Court, the new student accommodation for Vita Students. The project took around two years to complete and will provide accommodation for Cardiff students.

Working with Lorne Stewart, we installed the CCTV, fire alarms, disabled refuge systems and access control throughout the building.

Steve Williams, Business Manager at Protectorcomms Ltd said, “We are committed to providing world-class security systems and tailor jobs to what our contractors and customers need. This prestigious project demonstrates the scale of security support we offer. From fire and intruder alarms, to access control and gates and barriers. We will continue to support Bradley Court through our maintenance and monitoring packages.”

The new 18-storey student accommodation block is based in central Cardiff, covering 30,000 sq ft. The project, by Vita Students, includes 401 student flats with its own gym, coffee lounge and study area.

Protectorcomms provides maintenance packages to maximise the lifecycle of security systems and prevent unexpected costly repairs. Maintenance packages are recommended to all clients and include pre-arranged engineer visits, remote technical support, software updates, system patching, a 24/7 call out facility and more.

Steve continued, “As with other electrical equipment, your business security systems rely on ongoing maintenance. As an experienced provider of security technology, Protectorcomms believe regular maintenance is essential to ensure your security systems protect your people and premises.”
